Sylvester is a Vice President at Uzzi & Lall, with over eight years of experience
spanning venture capital, real estate private equity, and investment banking.
Before joining Uzzi & Lall, he was part of Pernod Ricard's corporate venture capital team, where he focused on early to growth-stage investments across multiple sectors. Previously, at IMMO Capital, a UK-based PropTech firm, he held leadership roles in residential real estate investments. His earlier career included investment banking, where he executed equity funding mandates for companies in the US and India.
Sylvester holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.

Sucharitha (Suchi) Saravanan
Sucharitha is an Associate at Uzzi & Lall, bringing over five years of experience in real estate
investments, portfolio management, and capital allocation strategies.
Prior to joining Uzzi & Lall, she was an Associate Manager at IMMO Capital, where she played a key role in scaling capital investment operations and worked closely with European institutional investors on residential asset acquisitions and management. She began her career at BlackRock as a portfolio risk analyst, focusing on risk assessment and the optimization of multi-asset portfolios.

Dominic is an Associate at Uzzi & Lall, with over five years of experience spanning
entrepreneurship, corporate finance, consulting, and financial advisory.
Before joining Uzzi & Lall, Dominic was an Associate in KPMG's Human Capital Advisory group, where he structured and implemented data-driven solutions for workforce and process optimization to enhance productivity and financial performance.
Dominic began his career at White & Case in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency group, where he worked closely with partners on financial analytics, including liquidity and capital structure assessments.
Dominic holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Miami, School of Business and a Master of Arts in Luxury Fashion Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Before joining Uzzi & Lall, Griffin was an Associate at FTI Consulting, where he managed corporate finance research, supporting the Private Equity team.
Griffin began his career with internships in marketing and public relations, working on campaigns for high-profile clients across consumer goods, media, and other industries.
Griffin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hamilton College.

Aseem Jain is an Associate at Uzzi & Lall with over five years of experience in strategy consulting and venture building.
Before joining Uzzi & Lall, he was Senior Manager at JSW One Platforms, where he led the launch of JSW One Finance. Previously, at Boston Consulting Group, he advised a global pharmaceutical company on its growth strategy and developed a market entry strategy for a Japanese construction equipment firm. He began his career in Deloitte’s tax team.
Aseem holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Delhi and a Master’s in Management from London Business School.
