Raja has deep expertise in technology and finance, he has helped organizations restructure operations, drive operational efficiency, leverage global talent and maximize capital deployment. He is an industry expert in sustainable energy generation & storage, solar, electrified mobility, autonomous systems, global supply chain management and the application of AI. He has worked extensively with both enterprises and consumers.
As CFO, CEO and Board Member of H1 (formerly Virgin Hyperloop One), Raja led the company’s restructuring and merger with DP World. Over three years, he restructured and reduced costs by over 70%, relocating key functions, securing IP and streamlining operations. Previously, as SVP at Motional, a Hyundai-Aptiv joint venture, he helped secure over $1 billion in investment.
Raja also held leadership roles at Panasonic and Toshiba, managing P&L business units, optimizing supply chains and costs. His expertise has been key in scaling startups, with three ventures he advised or led achieving a combined $10 billion exit.
A global executive, Raja has worked across the U.S., Europe, Japan, and India, bridging Eastern and Western business cultures. He advises CEOs and investors worldwide on offshoring strategies. He holds degrees in Physics and Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and is a co-author of several U.S. patents.

Andrew Wright

Andrew has 25 years of transaction and business experience and is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales. He began his career in private practice, spending nearly a decade at two leading US law firms, White & Case LLP and Vinson & Elkins LLP and working out of London, Singapore, and the Middle East.
In 2005, Andrew transitioned to an in-house role as General Counsel for a prominent sovereign wealth fund in the Middle East, where he served for five years. In that role, Andrew was a key member of the investment committee and served as a board member of various funds and portfolio companies in the US, UK, and the Middle East.
He returned to the UK in 2011 and joined Essar Capital, the fund manager to a global enterprise with its roots in India but with businesses in the US and Europe. In that role, Andrew advised on key investments, restructurings, refinancings and infrastructure developments in the UK, US, and Canada. In parallel to that role, in 2016 Andrew founded his own legal and risk consulting business advising a range of clients on their investments and risk practices in various jurisdictions.
Andrew is an experienced and well respected board member, and has sat on various boards over the years with a particular focus on risk management and governance oversight. Among his current appointments, he is currently chairman of the largest private gas producer in Turkey and also a non executive director at an investment bank headquartered in London.

Todd B. Kuhl

Todd is a Partner at Sherman Financial Group (SFG) which invests broadly in alternative assets including consumer credit, bank assets, real estate, specialty finance, and private equity.
Prior to SFG, Todd spent four years as a Principal at Atalaya Capital, a special situation distressed investment group focused on real estate, private equity, and corporate credit.
Prior to joining Atalaya, Todd was a Principal in the Private Equity Group of Winston Partners. From 1994-2000, Mr. Kuhl was a Principal in the Institutional Equity Trading Group at Montgomery Securities/Bank of America Securities.
Todd earned his MBA and BA from the University of Virginia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Aniza is a digital commerce executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise transformation, revenue acceleration, and profitability inflection across omnichannel, marketplace, and direct-to-consumer models. She is a hands-on operator having delivered sustained double-digit top-line growth, meaningful improvements in AOV and customer lifetime value, triple-digit gains in marketing efficiency, and significant EBITDA expansion.
Aniza has led commercial and operating transformations at Moda Operandi and Stadium Goods, where she drove end-to-end performance across the product lifecycle – from capital allocation, channel mix and inventory strategy to brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and partnership monetization. At Bluefly, she served as Chief Merchandising Officer and member of the executive team, repositioning the company from a traditional e-commerce retailer to an asset-light marketplace.
She has operated in periods of financial restructuring, partnering closely with executive leadership to stabilize performance, restructure cost bases, and restore profitable growth. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Groupon and Bloomingdale’s and began in Mergers & Acquisitions. Aniza holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
