Reza is a Managing Director and the head of our London office. He has over fifteen years of global corporate finance experience with expertise in restructuring and special situations. Reza has extensive operating and investing experience in metals and mining, energy, and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Uzzi & Lall, Reza was a senior investment professional with GFG Alliance where he focused on expanding the group's portfolio in Europe. He played a leading role in restructuring a variety of their businesses working closely with governments, banks, unions, private equity firms, and other stakeholders.

Reza began his career in project finance where he focused on raising capital for several of Essar's businesses including their steel, oil refinery, port, and shipping companies. Over the course of a decade-long tenure at Essar, Reza assumed a senior leadership position helping Essar restructure numerous portfolio companies in North America and the UK where he worked closely with our Co-founder Keshav Lall.

Reza holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from St. Xavier's College and an MBA in Finance from NMIMS University.
