Prior to founding Uzzi & Lall, Keshav was a Senior Managing Director at M3 Partners. At M3, Keshav served as the Chief Restructuring Officer for numerous debtors and led creditor engagements on behalf of some of the largest and most sophisticated global investment firms and family offices.

Prior to M3, Keshav was the Chairman and CEO of Essar Capital Americas where he managed a portfolio of 5 companies comprising over 3,500 employees and $3 billion of revenue. He successfully restructured several businesses for Essar in highly complex cross border situations with hedge funds, private equity firms, governments, sovereign wealth funds, unions, and other stakeholders.

Keshav began his career in Deutsche Bank's M&A department, followed by over a decade of principal investing at Deutsche Bank, Marblegate, Citadel, and Balyasny. He played a leading investing role in some of the most complex restructurings in history including Lyondell, Nortel, TXU, and Momentive.

Keshav graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University with a degree in applied economics and business management.
