Jonathan is a Senior Director at Uzzi & Lall with more than ten years of experience in providing financial, strategic, and operational advisory capabilities for various types of business, restructuring, and other special situations for companies and lenders.

Jonathan has served senior interim management roles for several businesses, providing turnaround services to stabilize business operations, including accounting and FP&A functions.

Prior to joining Uzzi & Lall, Jonathan was a Director at Huron Consulting Group, a global professional services firm, where he focused on leading a variety of complex debtor advisory, lender advisory, and non-turnaround/restructuring engagements across different industries.

Jonathan began his career at Ernst & Young during which he obtained his CPA license and continues to be an active practitioner in New York State.
